I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it. I highly recommend DPS plumbing especially Boris if you need plumbing services.

This company was awesome. After trying to unclog my kitchen sink for 2 days myself, I decided I needed to call a professional. After talking to more than 10 plumbing/drain companies, I chose 24/7 Drain Cleaning because they said they can come out the same day. 24/7 Drain showed up at my house within 2 hours after contacting them the same morning and unclogged my kitchen sink within 15 minutes. Without a doubt, I would call this company again if I ever run into a clogged sink I can't fix myself.

I am typically wary of plumbers thinking they’ll take advantage and overprice things. This is the first plumbing company I’ve worked with that felt trustworthy to me. They advertise the fact that they strive to provide good value, and that they understand customers have budgets. They did excellent work, had a sense of urgency to correct my problem and I felt very comfortable with the pricing. Feels good to now have a go-to plumber for the future.

I highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Services. They had sent Uri to fix by sewer backup. He was at my house within an hour. He was able to clear out root in my drain in less than an hour. Other plumbers have told me I have broken pipes and need an expense cleanout install that would cost over $5K. Uri's honesty and knowledge showed me that it wasn't needed. All other plumbers have tried to make more money off me, but this company honest. This company will always be my first choice for plumbing from now on!

Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional.
