They were able to come out the next day and provide a reasonable quote for installing a sink, toilet, new laundry tub and also a new exterior hose spigot. I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it. I highly recommend DPS plumbing especially Boris if you need plumbing services.

Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours. He even fixed another small plumbing issue that he noticed free of charge, which was much appreciated! Very satisfied all around.

Happy to leave a good review for a great plumber! Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services saved my day (and my condo) when he came out to diagnose the leak in my shower. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. I couldn't have asked for more!

[Service Timeliness Price Technician] Exceptional service. Plugger kitchen drain with standing water right before Thanksgiving - disaster! Called D&P and they sent someone out in 2 hrs. Our plumber was courteous professional and efficient. He fixed the problem advised on how to maintain our pipes and cleaned up quickly. Cost was reasonable and we were happy to pay it. A very positive experience overall considering the how stressful the initial circumstances were.

Great plumbers! Mike came out to my house two hours after I called asking for help with my sump pump. He diagnosed the issue and offered an option to replace. He gave me several pumps to choose from and explained the benefits of each one, plus the warranty on each pump. He also showed me the backup system he recommends. After my house was flooded, I decided that being proactive was the way to go. Mike did an excellent job and replaced the sump pump as well as installed a brand new backup system with a maintenance-free battery. I travel a lot for business and having a backup definitely provides an extra layer of security for me. This is my go-to plumber from now on!
