I called Drain & Plumbing Services and was able to get a plumber come out and clear the clog the same day. The short wait did not affect the operation of my restaurant. [Service Timeliness Price Technician] Exceptional service. Plugger kitchen drain with standing water right before Thanksgiving - disaster! Called D&P and they sent someone out in 2 hrs. Had DPS out this morning to unclog a bath tub which we weren't able to do. Would highly recommend this company to everyone! Great plumbers! Mike came out to my house two hours after I called asking for help with my sump pump. He diagnosed the issue and offered an option to replace. He gave me several pumps to choose from and explained the benefits of each one, plus the warranty on each pump. He also showed me the backup system he recommends. After my house was flooded, I decided that being proactive was the way to go. Mike did an excellent job and replaced the sump pump as well as installed a brand new backup system with a maintenance-free battery. I travel a lot for business and having a backup definitely provides an extra layer of security for me. This is my go-to plumber from now on!

A friend of mine recommended four different plumbing companies. Out of those four Michael gave me the best price. Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional. On the day of my appointment the plumber appeared on time and the issue was fixed in surprisingly timely manner.

Happy to leave a good review for a great plumber! Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services saved my day (and my condo) when he came out to diagnose the leak in my shower. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. I couldn't have asked for more!
