Called for a clogged drain. 24/7 showed up on time to discover that my bathtub drain was plugged because the tub stopper broke off inside the pipe. He fished the stopper out with a coat hanger and it drained easily after that. Would have had to cut the wall open to get access to the pipe had he not been able to get it out! He charged me $75. Thanks again

A friend of mine recommended four different plumbing companies. Out of those four Michael gave me the best price. Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional. On the day of my appointment the plumber appeared on time and the issue was fixed in surprisingly timely manner.

Water softer went bad. Water was leaking and I had to turn off water to house. Called Drain and Plumbing and they were there within 2 hours, fixed everything and now have water. They were great. Price was outstanding. So much better then any of the advertised companies we see on TV. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company was awesome. After trying to unclog my kitchen sink for 2 days myself, I decided I needed to call a professional. After talking to more than 10 plumbing/drain companies, I chose 24/7 Drain Cleaning because they said they can come out the same day. 24/7 Drain showed up at my house within 2 hours after contacting them the same morning and unclogged my kitchen sink within 15 minutes. Without a doubt, I would call this company again if I ever run into a clogged sink I can't fix myself.

[Service Timeliness Price Technician] Exceptional service. Plugger kitchen drain with standing water right before Thanksgiving - disaster! Called D&P and they sent someone out in 2 hrs. Our plumber was courteous professional and efficient. He fixed the problem advised on how to maintain our pipes and cleaned up quickly. Cost was reasonable and we were happy to pay it. A very positive experience overall considering the how stressful the initial circumstances were.

I called yesterday to afternoon because our basement sink from our laundry wasn't draining. I was able to make an appt for a 2hr window for today from 9a-11a. They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink. He was nice, super fast, knowledgeable and ridiculously reasonable. Will use again if needed! Thank you!
