I needed to have my sewer rodded out every year. Last year I contacted Drain and Plumbing Services. They came out and cleaned out my sewer and I did not experience any back up problems, the whole year so I called them again. Yuri came out, and upon his suggestion last year, I chose the hydrojet system and afterwards, Yuri told me that it was very clean and that I probably would be good for two years. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, was very professional and very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly. I would definitely recommend this company to come out and help with any plumbing problems. They are all very accommodating, especially Anna and Yuri, who I talked with, and they do an excellent job! They are my "go to" plumbing company for any plumbing needs. It is wonderful to be able to have such confidence in a service company, a rarity in today's world.

Happy to leave a good review for a great plumber! Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services saved my day (and my condo) when he came out to diagnose the leak in my shower. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. I couldn't have asked for more!

A friend of mine recommended four different plumbing companies. Out of those four Michael gave me the best price. Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional. On the day of my appointment the plumber appeared on time and the issue was fixed in surprisingly timely manner.

Within a few hours this excellent plumber came to my rescue and showed me how the plumbing worked for the machine and showed me it was working perfectly. He was kind, fast, efficient, polite, competent and overall I had such a great experience I asked him if I could leave him a good review because I felt so strongly about the excellent service I received. Called for a clogged drain. 24/7 showed up on time to discover that my bathtub drain was plugged because the tub stopper broke off inside the pipe. He fished the stopper out with a coat hanger and it drained easily after that. Would have had to cut the wall open to get access to the pipe had he not been able to get it out! He charged me $75.
