Great service and communication overall. I’m a landlord for a couple units in Wheeling. These guys were fast to turn the job around and honest. This company was awesome. After trying to unclog my kitchen sink for 2 days myself, I decided I needed to call a professional. After talking to more than 10 plumbing/drain companies, I chose 24/7 Drain Cleaning because they said they can come out the same day. 24/7 Drain showed up at my house within 2 hours after contacting them the same morning and unclogged my kitchen sink within 15 minutes. Without a doubt, I would call this company again if I ever run into a clogged sink I can't fix myself.

Water softer went bad. Water was leaking and I had to turn off water to house. Called Drain and Plumbing and they were there within 2 hours, fixed everything and now have water. They were great. Within a few hours this excellent plumber came to my rescue and showed me how the plumbing worked for the machine and showed me it was working perfectly. He was kind, fast, efficient, polite, competent and overall I had such a great experience I asked him if I could leave him a good review because I felt so strongly about the excellent service I received. Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional.
