Water softer went bad. Water was leaking and I had to turn off water to house. Called Drain and Plumbing and they were there within 2 hours, fixed everything and now have water. They were great. A friend of mine recommended four different plumbing companies. Out of those four Michael gave me the best price. Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional. Within a few hours this excellent plumber came to my rescue and showed me how the plumbing worked for the machine and showed me it was working perfectly. Happy to leave a good review for a great plumber! Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services saved my day (and my condo) when he came out to diagnose the leak in my shower. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. I couldn't have asked for more!

Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours.
