They were able to come out the next day and provide a reasonable quote for installing a sink, toilet, new laundry tub and also a new exterior hose spigot. I needed to have my sewer rodded out every year. Last year I contacted Drain and Plumbing Services. They came out and cleaned out my sewer and I did not experience any back up problems, the whole year so I called them again. Yuri came out, and upon his suggestion last year, I chose the hydrojet system and afterwards, Yuri told me that it was very clean and that I probably would be good for two years. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, was very professional and very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly. I would definitely recommend this company to come out and help with any plumbing problems. They are all very accommodating, especially Anna and Yuri, who I talked with, and they do an excellent job! They are my "go to" plumbing company for any plumbing needs. It is wonderful to be able to have such confidence in a service company, a rarity in today's world.

Water softer went bad. Water was leaking and I had to turn off water to house. Called Drain and Plumbing and they were there within 2 hours, fixed everything and now have water. They were great. Price was outstanding. So much better then any of the advertised companies we see on TV. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called yesterday to afternoon because our basement sink from our laundry wasn't draining. I was able to make an appt for a 2hr window for today from 9a-11a. They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink. He was nice, super fast, knowledgeable and ridiculously reasonable. Will use again if needed! Thank you!

These guys are true life-savers! My sump pump went out this morning after the storm and Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services came out within 2 hours of my phone call and replaced it! He also quoted a price to have a backup installed. I've reached out to several other companies for pricing and his price was not only the most reasonable but also came with the best warranty. This is now my go-to plumber!

Great plumbers! Mike came out to my house two hours after I called asking for help with my sump pump. He diagnosed the issue and offered an option to replace. He gave me several pumps to choose from and explained the benefits of each one, plus the warranty on each pump. He also showed me the backup system he recommends. After my house was flooded, I decided that being proactive was the way to go. Mike did an excellent job and replaced the sump pump as well as installed a brand new backup system with a maintenance-free battery. I travel a lot for business and having a backup definitely provides an extra layer of security for me. This is my go-to plumber from now on!
