Extremely happy I chose DPS to get my water heater replaced. Easy, stress-free scheduling and top-notch quality service. They came within the scheduled window and sent updates along the way. The worksite was left clean, per my request they hauled the old tank away. Great company👍 Would definitely call them back to get more plumbing work done around the house. Highly recommend!

They were able to come out the next day and provide a reasonable quote for installing a sink, toilet, new laundry tub and also a new exterior hose spigot. I had a problem with our commercial coffee maker that had a plumbed in line and I called this morning. Within a few hours this excellent plumber came to my rescue and showed me how the plumbing worked for the machine and showed me it was working perfectly. He was kind, fast, efficient, polite, competent and overall I had such a great experience I asked him if I could leave him a good review because I felt so strongly about the excellent service I received. Going forward, I will always call this man for all my plumbing needs. He proved himself valuable today and that means something. I needed to have my sewer rodded out every year. Last year I contacted Drain and Plumbing Services. They came out and cleaned out my sewer and I did not experience any back up problems, the whole year so I called them again. Yuri came out, and upon his suggestion last year, I chose the hydrojet system and afterwards, Yuri told me that it was very clean and that I probably would be good for two years. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, was very professional and very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly. I would definitely recommend this company to come out and help with any plumbing problems. They are all very accommodating, especially Anna and Yuri, who I talked with, and they do an excellent job! They are my "go to" plumbing company for any plumbing needs. It is wonderful to be able to have such confidence in a service company, a rarity in today's world.

[Service Timeliness Price Technician] Exceptional service. Plugger kitchen drain with standing water right before Thanksgiving - disaster! Called D&P and they sent someone out in 2 hrs. Our plumber was courteous professional and efficient. He fixed the problem advised on how to maintain our pipes and cleaned up quickly. Cost was reasonable and we were happy to pay it. A very positive experience overall considering the how stressful the initial circumstances were.

I highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Services. They had sent Uri to fix by sewer backup. He was at my house within an hour. He was able to clear out root in my drain in less than an hour. Other plumbers have told me I have broken pipes and need an expense cleanout install that would cost over $5K. Uri's honesty and knowledge showed me that it wasn't needed. All other plumbers have tried to make more money off me, but this company honest. This company will always be my first choice for plumbing from now on!

They also replaced my sump pump that had gone bad including a battery backup sump pump accessory for which I requested. Everything was done professionally. The plumber, Sergi, made sure that everything was cleaned up and gave me tips on how to keep the installed equipment working smoothly.

Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional. On the day of my appointment the plumber appeared on time and the issue was fixed in surprisingly timely manner.

I am typically wary of plumbers thinking they’ll take advantage and overprice things. This is the first plumbing company I’ve worked with that felt trustworthy to me. They advertise the fact that they strive to provide good value, and that they understand customers have budgets. They did excellent work, had a sense of urgency to correct my problem and I felt very comfortable with the pricing. Feels good to now have a go-to plumber for the future.
