I called Drain & Plumbing Services and was able to get a plumber come out and clear the clog the same day. The short wait did not affect the operation of my restaurant. Within a few hours this excellent plumber came to my rescue and showed me how the plumbing worked for the machine and showed me it was working perfectly. Besides the price, I was really impressed by their communication and customer service. Getting the appointment was quick, clear and the staff extremely polite, accommodating and professional. On the day of my appointment the plumber appeared on time and the issue was fixed in surprisingly timely manner.

Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours. He even fixed another small plumbing issue that he noticed free of charge, which was much appreciated! Very satisfied all around.
