Jerry came and did everything in half a day, although I expected it to take a day. Although I needed help understanding one point, Jerry returned the next day and showed me everything for free. Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours. He even fixed another small plumbing issue that he noticed free of charge, which was much appreciated! Very satisfied all around.

I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it. I highly recommend DPS plumbing especially Boris if you need plumbing services.

Happy to leave a good review for a great plumber! Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services saved my day (and my condo) when he came out to diagnose the leak in my shower. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. I couldn't have asked for more!

Great service and communication overall. I’m a landlord for a couple units in Wheeling. These guys were fast to turn the job around and honest. I had another plumber quote me to replace an entire shower faucet when all it needed was a new cartridge. Saved me $600. Within a few hours this excellent plumber came to my rescue and showed me how the plumbing worked for the machine and showed me it was working perfectly.
