Great plumbers! Mike came out to my house two hours after I called asking for help with my sump pump. He diagnosed the issue and offered an option to replace. He gave me several pumps to choose from and explained the benefits of each one, plus the warranty on each pump. He also showed me the backup system he recommends. After my house was flooded, I decided that being proactive was the way to go. Mike did an excellent job and replaced the sump pump as well as installed a brand new backup system with a maintenance-free battery. I travel a lot for business and having a backup definitely provides an extra layer of security for me. This is my go-to plumber from now on!

Great service and communication overall. I’m a landlord for a couple units in Wheeling. These guys were fast to turn the job around and honest. I had another plumber quote me to replace an entire shower faucet when all it needed was a new cartridge. Saved me $600. [Service Timeliness Price Technician] Exceptional service. Plugger kitchen drain with standing water right before Thanksgiving - disaster! Called D&P and they sent someone out in 2 hrs. Our plumber was courteous professional and efficient. He fixed the problem advised on how to maintain our pipes and cleaned up quickly. Cost was reasonable and we were happy to pay it. A very positive experience overall considering the how stressful the initial circumstances were.

I called yesterday to afternoon because our basement sink from our laundry wasn't draining. I was able to make an appt for a 2hr window for today from 9a-11a. They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak.
