Jerry came and did everything in half a day, although I expected it to take a day. Although I needed help understanding one point, Jerry returned the next day and showed me everything for free. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. [Service Timeliness Price Technician] Exceptional service. Plugger kitchen drain with standing water right before Thanksgiving - disaster! Called D&P and they sent someone out in 2 hrs. Our plumber was courteous professional and efficient. He fixed the problem advised on how to maintain our pipes and cleaned up quickly. Cost was reasonable and we were happy to pay it. A very positive experience overall considering the how stressful the initial circumstances were.

Great service and communication overall. I’m a landlord for a couple units in Wheeling. These guys were fast to turn the job around and honest.
