Happy to leave a good review for a great plumber! Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services saved my day (and my condo) when he came out to diagnose the leak in my shower. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. I couldn't have asked for more!

I own a restaurant in Lake Forest and one of my toilets clogged up right before we were opening our doors for dinner. I called Drain & Plumbing Services and was able to get a plumber come out and clear the clog the same day. The short wait did not affect the operation of my restaurant. The plumber was very professional, polite, and he definitely knew what he was doing. I'll be using these guys from now on.

I called yesterday to afternoon because our basement sink from our laundry wasn't draining. I was able to make an appt for a 2hr window for today from 9a-11a. They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink. He was nice, super fast, knowledgeable and ridiculously reasonable. Will use again if needed! Thank you!

I needed to have my sewer rodded out every year. Last year I contacted Drain and Plumbing Services. They came out and cleaned out my sewer and I did not experience any back up problems, the whole year so I called them again. Yuri came out, and upon his suggestion last year, I chose the hydrojet system and afterwards, Yuri told me that it was very clean and that I probably would be good for two years. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, was very professional and very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly. I would definitely recommend this company to come out and help with any plumbing problems. They are all very accommodating, especially Anna and Yuri, who I talked with, and they do an excellent job! They are my "go to" plumbing company for any plumbing needs. It is wonderful to be able to have such confidence in a service company, a rarity in today's world.

I highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Services. They had sent Uri to fix by sewer backup. He was at my house within an hour. He was able to clear out root in my drain in less than an hour. Other plumbers have told me I have broken pipes and need an expense cleanout install that would cost over $5K. Uri's honesty and knowledge showed me that it wasn't needed. All other plumbers have tried to make more money off me, but this company honest. This company will always be my first choice for plumbing from now on!
