I had a problem with our commercial coffee maker that had a plumbed in line and I called this morning. Within a few hours this excellent plumber came to my rescue and showed me how the plumbing worked for the machine and showed me it was working perfectly. Water softer went bad. Water was leaking and I had to turn off water to house. Called Drain and Plumbing and they were there within 2 hours, fixed everything and now have water. They were great. Price was outstanding. So much better then any of the advertised companies we see on TV. I would recommend them to anyone.

I own a restaurant in Lake Forest and one of my toilets clogged up right before we were opening our doors for dinner. I called Drain & Plumbing Services and was able to get a plumber come out and clear the clog the same day. The short wait did not affect the operation of my restaurant. The plumber was very professional, polite, and he definitely knew what he was doing. I'll be using these guys from now on.

Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours. He even fixed another small plumbing issue that he noticed free of charge, which was much appreciated! Very satisfied all around.

I am typically wary of plumbers thinking they’ll take advantage and overprice things. This is the first plumbing company I’ve worked with that felt trustworthy to me. They advertise the fact that they strive to provide good value, and that they understand customers have budgets. They did excellent work, had a sense of urgency to correct my problem and I felt very comfortable with the pricing. Feels good to now have a go-to plumber for the future.

Happy to leave a good review for a great plumber! Mike from Drain & Plumbing Services saved my day (and my condo) when he came out to diagnose the leak in my shower. I expected to have to break my tile and shower apart (based on another company's recommendation) - but Mike was able to remove and replace my cartridge the same day, stopping the leak. I couldn't have asked for more!
