Drain & Plumbing Services repaired my exterior spigot that was leaking water into my basement. They also replaced my sump pump that had gone bad including a battery backup sump pump accessory for which I requested. Everything was done professionally. The plumber, Sergi, made sure that everything was cleaned up and gave me tips on how to keep the installed equipment working smoothly.

I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it. I highly recommend DPS plumbing especially Boris if you need plumbing services.

I own a restaurant in Lake Forest and one of my toilets clogged up right before we were opening our doors for dinner. I called Drain & Plumbing Services and was able to get a plumber come out and clear the clog the same day. The short wait did not affect the operation of my restaurant. The plumber was very professional, polite, and he definitely knew what he was doing. I'll be using these guys from now on.

I called yesterday to afternoon because our basement sink from our laundry wasn't draining. I was able to make an appt for a 2hr window for today from 9a-11a. They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink. Great plumbers! Mike came out to my house two hours after I called asking for help with my sump pump. He diagnosed the issue and offered an option to replace. He gave me several pumps to choose from and explained the benefits of each one, plus the warranty on each pump. He also showed me the backup system he recommends. After my house was flooded, I decided that being proactive was the way to go. Mike did an excellent job and replaced the sump pump as well as installed a brand new backup system with a maintenance-free battery. I travel a lot for business and having a backup definitely provides an extra layer of security for me. This is my go-to plumber from now on!

I highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Services. They had sent Uri to fix by sewer backup. He was at my house within an hour. He was able to clear out root in my drain in less than an hour. Other plumbers have told me I have broken pipes and need an expense cleanout install that would cost over $5K. Uri's honesty and knowledge showed me that it wasn't needed. All other plumbers have tried to make more money off me, but this company honest. This company will always be my first choice for plumbing from now on!
