Our plumber was courteous professional and efficient. He fixed the problem advised on how to maintain our pipes and cleaned up quickly. Cost was reasonable and we were happy to pay it. A very positive experience overall considering the how stressful the initial circumstances were.

Other plumbers have told me I have broken pipes and need an expense cleanout install that would cost over $5K. Uri's honesty and knowledge showed me that it wasn't needed. All other plumbers have tried to make more money off me, but this company honest. This company will always be my first choice for plumbing from now on!

Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours. He even fixed another small plumbing issue that he noticed free of charge, which was much appreciated! Very satisfied all around.

Super professional plumbing company, so happy they service Mt. Prospect area. Water softer went bad. Water was leaking and I had to turn off water to house. Called Drain and Plumbing and they were there within 2 hours, fixed everything and now have water. They were great. Price was outstanding. So much better then any of the advertised companies we see on TV. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it.
