I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it. Called for a clogged drain. 24/7 showed up on time to discover that my bathtub drain was plugged because the tub stopper broke off inside the pipe. He fished the stopper out with a coat hanger and it drained easily after that. Would have had to cut the wall open to get access to the pipe had he not been able to get it out! He charged me $75.
