They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink. I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it.
